Romeo and Juliet is a colour etching from the Much Ado About Shakespeare series of 15 etchings on Japan paper printed in 1968. Dali created the etching with energy and feeling to convey how Shakespeare wrote about the characters. 
 
Inscribed EA (Épreuve d’artiste or artist proof) and signed in pencil by Dali aside from the edition of 150 etchings.

Salvador Dali (1904-1989) was an iconic Surrealist artist famous for creative, dreamy imagery of subjects displayed in wonderful ways.
